Your Dream Wedding in Tahiti

Tahiti is famous for its surreal beauty and opulent luxury. Considered a playground for the wealthy, has recently become the best wedding destination in the world.

Its beautiful beaches, pristine turquoise water, and ultra-luxurious resorts and hotels make for an ideal setting for newlyweds to begin a new life together.

Bora Bora, Moorea, and Tahiti are surrounded by romance and sensuality. We will organize everything for you, whether you are getting married on dreamy Bora Bora, celebrating an anniversary on marvelous Moorea, or looking for a romantic Tahiti getaway on one of her beautiful islands.

From a classic Tahitian wedding on Tahiti or  Bora Bora to a Renewal of Vows Celebration on Moorea to an exclusive private picnic on a Motu or intimate atmosphere dining, we have it all. It’s hard to imagine a more romantic setting, and the memories will last a lifetime.

Tahitian wedding ceremonies are not legally binding. They can be as simple as a sunset ceremony with a Tahitian priest or as complicated as a pageant with musicians and dancers.

All of them are based on a real Polynesian practice that has been around for a long time and was done by a priest or tohua with costumes, music, dance, and flowers.

You can wear traditional Polynesian clothes or more traditional western wedding clothes. These can be worn with flower lei, flower crowns, bouquets, and other decorations made in the traditional Polynesian way.

For your big day, you can have your hair and makeup arranged at your hotel. Sit back and enjoy being pampered. We’ll help you find a photographer who can capture the magic of your wedding day in photos that will make your wedding album stand out.

Maybe your dream is to run away with the person you love and have a small ceremony on the beach with just the two of you.

Polynesian tradition says that after you say your vows, the officiant will give you a Tahitian name. Later that night, have a very romantic private dinner underneath the stars.

Or maybe you want to have a party with your closest friends and family. The beautiful islands of Tahiti are among the most popular places in the world for weddings and anniversaries to take place.

We can set up activities for you and your wedding group, like snorkeling tours and swimming with rays, or jet-skiing and lunch on a private island.

Then there was a wedding on the beach, followed by a private dinner and a seaside party with fire dancers and Polynesian musicians.

It’s up to you to decide. We can help you change any package to fit your needs.

Great places to stay in Tahiti for Wedding Couples

Manava Beach Resort & Spa Moorea

Couples like it because Moorea is just a 50-minute ferry ride from Papeete, the capital of Tahiti. It has the beautiful views that make a trip to the Pacific Ocean worth it, and it’s usually cheaper than its sister island, Bora Bora.

At the Manava Beach Resort & Spa, each room is designed in a traditional Polynesian style, but it still has all the comforts of a high-end hotel.

The property is known for its friendly service, and a couple getting married will recognize the attention to detail: a villa with flowers for the bride to get ready in, traditional Tahitian performers, and a wedding coordinator who is on top of everything.

Te Moana Tahiti Resort

Couples like it because most people only stay one or two nights on Tahiti’s main island before moving on to another. But if you want to give your guests a cheaper option, you could have your wedding somewhere near Papeete.

One good choice is the Te Moana Tahiti Resort, where the water and the island of Moorea can be used as a backdrop for a wedding.

The Sofitel Bora Bora Marara Beach & Private Island

Why couples love it: This retreat has a great place for a small, private wedding. Take a boat to a private island, then climb a winding set of stone stairs to a peak above the lagoon.

The view is exceptional, and because it’s out in the middle of nowhere, well-meaning resort guests won’t be able to play paparazzi.

Four Seasons Bora Bora

Couples like it because this resort has the excellent service you’d expect from a Four Seasons resort, as well as a number of places for weddings.

The resort has more than just a beach for weddings. It also has a chapel with a wall of windows behind the altar that gives a great view of the lagoon. One unique way to say “I do” in Bora Bora is to take a sunset cruise on the new catamaran at the resort.

InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa

Couples like it because: With its stunning views of Mount Otemanu, this resort makes sure that wedding photos look like they were taken on a movie set.

The property has a nice spot for a ceremony on the sand for couples who want a beach wedding.  For a more traditional setting, the resort has a chapel with a glass floor that looks down into the blue water and a glass window behind the altar that frames the mountain in a beautiful way.
